Design
The design department is an important element in the function of our company. Our designers are in very close contact with our implementation, so thanks to the feedback they are able to respond to the current requirements of the implementation. By now, all of the designers work with 3D / Revit program, which is a great advantage for implementation, especially for large and complex buildings, and at the same time we are ready for a comprehensive BIM solution for objects. At the same time, the design department provides support to the sales department in proposing alternative and more advantageous solutions when creating offers for investors.
Implementation
A team of experienced implementation technicians ensures the entire course of the implementation from the start of the construction site to the regulation of the system, operator training and handover of the work.
Thanks to close cooperation with our design department, technicians are able to respond to changes or modifications required by the investor during construction. For larger realized objects implementation technicians work in a team to ensure quality control of installations and coordination of individual professions throughout the construction period.
Maintenance service
The service department provides regular preventive service on buildings that our company has implemented as well as on buildings that have been implemented by someone else. Other service activities is the solution of failures as well as the regulation and commissioning of the implemented systems. Our service technicians hold many qualification certificates – electrical, cooling, gas, fire protection.
At the same time, they are regular participants in the training of suppliers of individual equipment.
